What Are Nebraska's Nursing CE Requirements?

If you are a RN in Nebraska, you are required to complete 20 CE hours that are related to the practice of nursing every 2 years. All RN licenses expire on October 31st 2018. If you are a LPN, you are required to complete 20 CE hours that are related to the practice of nursing every 2 years but you do not have to renew until 2019.

If you are a APRN, you are required to complete a specific number of CE hours that is based on your speciality and you must also maintain a national certification. All APRN licenses expire on October 31st 2018.
