We report completed CE hours daily. If you completed a course today, allow 1 - 2 business days for our reporting team to process your information and to report everything to CE Broker.
In order to make sure that we can accurately report your hours in a timely manner, double check the following before you complete the ANCC survey:
- Ensure that you have earned 80% or more on the test assessment and completed the accrediting survey at the end
- The state license type(s) and license number(s) you provided are accurate
- Your name matches the one that is on your state license
If you have completed the above steps, please check in with our customer support team within 1 - 2 business days, if your courses have not been added to your CE Broker account.
